Why?

People ask me all the time why I do this kind of work, instead of leading a large team at a multinational.

I have an endless, deep fascination for people. Also I think it is a great privilege to be so close to people by providing them with coaching, leadership training and defining strategies. 

I really get to know people. I can help people without being in control of them. I love that. The combination of an intellectual challenge and a deep emotional bond is something I cherish. The ideal world is a lot closer than most people might think.
