Some employees are forming a management team together. They have to determine a strategy together, but it is more important for the team to define itself. There is a big different between being on the same payroll or to work on the same mission.
I interview members of a team about their desires. I keep asking as long as it takes until I get to that desire. A team really needs to connect at first and after that they can determine a strategy. Without the basics, there is no future.
